The YP of the quarter initiative is intended to boost young professional involvement within our chapter while also highlighting those selected. The criteria for selection is as follows: must be a member of the chapter, must be 35 and under, and preferably an involved member. This young professional could be described as a rising star, a CAI advocate, and has a promising future. 

 

The selected young professional will receive a spotlight feature in the CAI SEFL quarterly magazine and the framed publication awarded at the monthly breakfast.
