Who We Are

CAI is an international membership organization dedicated to building better communities. With more than 42,000 members, CAI works in partnership with 60 chapters, including a chapter in South Africa, as well as with housing leaders in a number of other countries, including Australia, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. CAI provides information, education and resources to the homeowner volunteers who govern communities and the professionals who support them. Community managers are the professional backbone of the communities they serve, providing the skills and expertise that are essential to the successful management of associations. Let CAI help you shape the industry. Annual membership dues are $149*.

Expand your client base and access tools, resources, and information. CAI is your source to what is important in the community association field. Membership for managers in your company is not included with a Management Company membership. An individual Manager membership must be purchased. Annual membership dues are $445*.

Business Partner members include attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, reserve providers, bankers/lenders, builder/developers, realtors, software providers, landscapers, roofers and many others. Annual membership dues are $625*.

This membership is reserved for students enrolled in an accredited university or college and provides access to the latest industry information and resources to help prepare them for a future career. Visit the student membership page for more information. Annual membership dues are $35.
