Classic Old Fashion:
Favorite Bourbon 2 oz
Simple syrup 1\2 oz ( It’s just water + sugar in equal parts. Just heat it up till dissolve.Please prepare in advance and allow it to completely cool down)
Angostura bitters 2 dashes
Orange bitters 3 dashes
Orange peels.
Manhattan:
Favorite Bourbon 2 oz
Sweet Vermouth 1 oz ( My recommendation for this one is Antica Formula Italian vermouth but you can do a small bottle of Dolin Vermouth de Chamberry Rouge, it works really good too and is more affordable.)
Angostura bitters 2 dashes.
Lemon peels.
Black cherry.
Gold Rush Twist:
Favorite Bourbon 2 oz
Honey Syrup 3/4 ( Homemade Honey syrup. 1 part of raw honey + 1/2 part of hot water. Stir till dissolved. Please prepare in advance and allow it to completely cool down)
Fresh lemon juice 3/4
Fresh ginger juice 1/2 oz (Homemade ginger juice. You can buy a hand full of fresh ginger, rinse it off it has to be really wet. Put in on a blender with like 2 oz of water and 1 tsp of sugar. Double strain it so u have just fresh juice or you can just buy it at most stores selling juice).
Bourbon Espresso:
Favorite Bourbon 2 oz
Fresh espresso (cold) 1 oz
Coffee liquor 1/2 oz
Angostura bitters 1 dash
Vanilla extract 1 dash
Orange peel.
